Hey I ordered mine yesterday from summit and I was thinking of maybe taking the resonators off of the borla when I get the muffler put on. What do ya think? I'm probably gonna listen to it after the x pipe and decide I think it would probably sound good.

If my X02 doesnt cure my rasp/rattle,this might be the soultion!

It might alter the exhaust note. . I was afraid it would either bring some rasp back or increase the volume to an undesirable level. If you do remove them make sure to post a vid.

 

Yep, thats the one. I got it installed for $30 by my local muffler shop. I know a couple of people there. I guess no more than $75 by any other place.

 

Yeah I'm gonna get a few before and after clips and post them it'll probably be a few days before or after christmas.

If my X02 still has rasp/rattle I will def install this. I am confused..... you describe it as an X pipe but its a muffler? So its a muffler with an x-pipe shape inside?

 

Its a perforated x-pipe. Pretty much the same thing,

Yep, did not have to much in the first place to begin with.

 

Mine came in today, I can't get it till christmas though cause my gf got it for me.

 

Installed today, best exhaust mod for yet. It made a huge difference I'll post some vids of before and afte soon.
