right now I'm contemplating switching to resonated test pipes though just to quiet her down a tad bit more (dynamatted the back and that helped a tad bit but she's a'still a'bitta too loud.
it sounds great around town but the z is my daily driver and drive long distances quite often so.

haven't yet decided whether or not to keep the test pipes. I drive like two hours every weekend and the drone is just really loud. just not sure if it's worth the performance benefits.
deffinately turns some heads for sure though. I can't make up my mind whether or not to keep them on and just deal with the drone or just put the stock cats back and maybe buy some high flows later on.

I don't know whether it's just me going deff, or I'm learning how to kinda drive around it, or maybe just maybe I'm actually just getting used to it but for some reason it seams like it gets alittle bit quieter the longer I have it.
maybe I can learn to live with it after all, or maybe I'll just go deff to the droning and it won't matter anymore
.
oddly enough it doesn't really bother my wife too much at all. go figure.

nah. Its just slowly making you deaf which is why youre getting "used to it."
I think my injen without TP's are loud enough as it is.
But if i already had TP's, i woudlnt take them off. They make some good gains! The sound is worth it too.

thats pretty likely actually. it's actually so loud that it used to make my ears ring and that is going away aswell which is usually a sure sign of hearing damange.

*** Now I know we have alot of Injen SES people checking in on this post. For those guys running TP or High Flow cats, which ones are you using. My concern is that the inlets of the SES are so small (about 2-2.25"), most of the TPs or high flows would have a much larger inlet, therefore creating a bottle neck in your exhaust system - not good.
