This kinda ruins my Christmas really cause of this. I'm on a conference call right now so I can't pay attention to everything I've read (I will go back asap when it's done).

So did I buy a modified MREV2? Or did I buy a modified regular lower plenum called a MREV2?

Cause I definitely sent him money. And I'm definitely taking pictures this weekend.

again, no stamp or number to show that any MREV2s are authentic is the real problem here... it's one man's word against another's.

The lower collectors that I got from RebelinRI and installed looks like the one on the MotorDyne website. MotorDyne.com. That why I thought it was real, I don't know that Tony had a fake MREV2 picture on the site, until now.

What pictured below, is not what I have at all.

^A real MREV2^

The "MREV2" that I got is on the right side, as you see it looks nothing like what pictured above^ . My stock RevUp collector is on the left.

I'm only the reseller of it. You know I'll give you your money back. I'd want my money back too in your case. Now Tony's going to argue that I'm offering you your money back to hide and play games. Sorry but that's not me. When you return it............ I'll DESTROY it and post a video of it. That's why I asked you to mark it so I can show proof that it has in fact been destroyed. That way no one else will doubt it forever. Makes sense? So whenever you're ready in the new year, let me know. Sorry again.

Nobody but you knows what App6MT has in his car. Pictures havn't been posted yet. And you are already offering a refund?

BTW when you listed on the prior page the people you sent supposed MREV2's to, you never mentioned App6MT.

Once again, you have been documented in another lie of omission.

What pictures will App6MT post? A real MREV2 or one of your fakes?

Did you rip him off too?

Can someone point out the obvious (apparently I'm missing it) that I'm suppose to be looking for in city's picture? I see on the drivers side there is grinding down between the two.

I have no idea what I sold him............ that's why I offered it up to him. That sounds fair right? Should I tell him to screw and you're stuck with it? I trying to do the right thing here Tony to make everyone happy. If it turns out to be the real deal then great, but I don't want to seem like I'm hiding from people like you give the impression. We know what you done to make the MREV2 and lets keep it that way. People before asked me how to do it when I posted my dyno posts over a year ago. I could have told them what I found by didn't. It looks like one or few people are doing this to you. Not me but this doesn't look good for me. Whatever I say gets turned around. You asked if "I" made fakes and NO I didn't. I have one guy with one like I'm coming out with and will offer to people but it's based on your design. NOT A COPY!!!! There is more machining and blending then you currently do. SO AGAIN..................... IF YOU BOUGHT ONE FROM ME AND YOU WISH A REFUND.............. contact me. Oh yeah it has to be a fake cause I have no need for Tony's plenum. Tony why are you hell bent on pinning this on me anyways?

Here is citymunky's "MREV2" fake lower plenum, notice that the two front runners are machined flat with you rounding on the edges, they are sharp

While here is a real MREV2 where the edges of the machining are rounded

Depending on which post you are referring to... What Citymunky posted is a picture of a real MREV2 and a fake. Both. The MREV2 shown on the blue towel. It was a picture originally taken and posted by RebelinRI in the classified section. The problem is, he mixed that real picture with fake pictures too.

And the picture shown on my website is not actually a MREV2. What is shown on my website is a regular plenum with the tops of runners 1&2 milled down a little. I specifically and purposely don't post a real picture of the MREV2 (with all its details) on my website. Such a picture would make it tooo easy for other vendors to copy. Its for copy protection reasons.

If any vendor wants to copy the MREV2 they will at least have to buy a real one first to know how to copy it.

Myself and others will be posting pictures of the real thing for reference against the fakes.

But for now, all you need to do is look at MREV2 picture on the blue bathroom towel. That one is real.

If you are lucky, you may have got that one.

Thank you for posting that.

That is precisely the difference that tips it off as being a fake.

There are even other details I havn't revealed yet. I'll pull thoes out if/when necessary.

It might be night and day to you but for me I can't tell from a grainy picture what I am looking for.

Thanks Redlude for highlighting the points I needed.

I will be at my parents tomorrow and I'll take pictures and post them up as soon as I get them. My memory is wanting to say I have what is on the blue towel, I remember everything being smooth. But I'll let Hydrazine/Rebel fight it over when the pics are up.

RebelinRI!

You just lost all the street cred on this forum!
For a vendor to call out another vendor in an open forum is so unprofessional.

Wait till I go the the FI froum and post your lame callouts. This forum is very unforgiving to vendor that post false facts.

Tony has done nothing but hard work for this platform, what have you done?

If I were you I would delete this thread or apoligize to Motordyne, before you find your self selling oranges on the off ramps of Freeways.

No problem, I just want to get to the bottom of this. The interesting question is if RebellinRI is a machinist as he says, and he purchase a real MREV2 from Intense, then wouldn't it have been obvious to him before he sold the product to citymunkey that it clearly wasn't an MREV2? Yet he still presented it as such and is now stating he didn't know what he sold to citymunkey?

RebellinRI, if you mistakenly bought this plenum as an MREV2, who did you buy it from, can you link the post or provide contact info? That would clear things up somewhat.

Lets keep the discussion on this site and no g35driver.com because RebellinRI has lost his posting privileges over there while he's "awaiting moderation" pending the findings here.

You are the thread OP arent you?

I am simply responding to your liebel, fraud, trademark and patent infringment.

You re-posted this exact same thread all over this forum and all over G35driver.

What, in your opinion, am I supposed to do?

The real MREV2 has most/ all the rough internal casting sanded down smooth. The fake still has a rough internal casting. Also - In the fake you can see the "M R1", in the real MREV2 it is completely sanded flat.

The real MREV2 was a lot of work to create/ refine.
