Default Turbonetics Exhaust Advice

I need some advice. I have a Turbonetics single turbo kit going on the Z and I need an exhaust solution. Right now I have the Injen SES True Dual on the car which apparently doesnt match up with the turbo setup.

Now:

I looked into the AAM 3'' exhaust but that seems on only go up to the stock Y pipe if I had one.

Sooooo I am looking for an effective exhaust I can purchase which will fit the kit or possibly someone interested in trading for my current system with a stock or similar system. Or simply ideas on what else I can do. I need something relatively fast and hopefully under $1k.

I have done a seach on other threads very similar to this one. They did provide a bit of advice as where I can go. I post this in hopes of someone maybe wanting to trade or sell a setup that will work for me. Thanks.

I bought a Full Ti (9.8lbs!) JIC 3" Single for $980, bolted right up, sounded wicked and looks great. Consider it...

I don't know if I could live with a single exhaust on the 350z... Unless I bought a bumper without two exhaust ports. Anyways, I'd also suggest the AAM. Greddy's EVOTT is supposedly meant for turbo applications, too.

You could always fold the bumper...

Or u could buy pro-1 3" exhaust. That would be great for TN and a few people already run that combo and they like it

If you don't want a single exhaust then go with a Top Speed Pro-1. It's about $350 and is a single into dual tips. Despite the price it is high quality SS with robotic welds. It's extremely free flowing. With the silencers in I loved it. With hte silencers out I loved it even more but without silencers is not for everyone. They have a 2" and a 2.5". Go with the 2.5"

JET

I'm not aware of a kit that does this, but have you thought about removing the muffler(s) completely?

Sometimes, the turbo itself can quiet it down enough to make it livable. I had a stage 2 SRT4 a few cars before my Z and lots of the guys use a side exit catless, mufflerless, resonatorless exhaust. If the smooth F1 type sound is what you want, then this isn't what you want, but if you want to have the most flow with the least weight, a mufflerless exhaust can't be beat. Some of the srt4's could actually blow flames out the exhaust with that kind of a setup (The srt4 runs pig rich at WOT)

I'm still running my HKS TD just using a reverse Y-pipe. But switching up soon to a custom dual PA exhaust

Any good muffler shop can make you a reverse Y-pipe.
