Hmm I'm assuming used for all three items? If all brand new for that price, PICK IT UP! If used.. ask how long he's had the Exhaust, Intakes, and Test pipes. As for the intake, should be fairly new and somewhat used considering twin intakes just came out a few months ago for the 07+.
New HKS DUAL HI POWER EXHAUST: Between 1250-1400
New AEM TWIN INTAKES: Between 300-400
New Test Pipes: 200-400 (depending on brand)
Hope that helps! The total price he quoted you does seem pretty good though. Just ask how long he's had each item and miles on them.

These three mods will definitely give you "light" help but don't hope for loads of power but you certainly will feel a good difference from stock. If anything, the Test Pipes will give you the most. Just make sure he sells you the foulers along with the test pipes that way the CEL light is eliminated. BTW, a little note to you: Test Pipes (I'm guessing non resonated) along with that HKS Dual Hi Power will be LOUD. =)

You'll need two of them. I've ordered from this seller before and used his version of foulers and they work just fine.
so i made the purchase and i get everything installed saturday, and there dyno is up and running so i will be able to get a b4 and after results. mslilblacknismo is my fiancee and i was just posting on hers.
did get everything but i did get the test pipes (aam) stock i dynoed at 257 and we did not do the torque because we couldn't find where to hook it up and it was really late and we were there all day trying to put my buddies test pipes on, afterward with the test pipes first run was 265 and then second run was 267 there is no paper work since i didn't pay for the run the guy just did me a favor. but i am happy with the numbers and you can feel the diff. in the car.... and from expierence the test pipes and hks exhaust are incredible together
^^
I'm assuming this is a dynojet. 257 stock is relatively low. People are putting down 265-272whp stock.
So let me get this clear, you have the aam test pipes on stock exhaust?
