Default Opinion..X02 Vs. Topspeed

My bro has the Topspeed exhaust and I have the Greddy EVOII. I'm in the market for a new on and like the sound and tone of the Topspeed but hate the looks...(looks like an uncircumsized ****!!!! no offense to any that have it) I was looking towards the X02 and wondering as far as sound levels how that compares to my bro's.. Let's make this easy for me so on a scale of 1-10 if Topspeed is a 8 and EVOII is a 2, where would the X02 sit? thanks

i think both of the topspeed and the x02 exhaust looks bad. The tip on the x02 looks very cheap in person. The topspeed looks ricey...like to weld on huge short cannisters. The topspeed sounds better though.

I have the X02, and the tips are the part I dont like about it. Otherwise it sounds great and love the slight increase in power. (Very slight) Tips just don't look all that great.

No problems rattling, and the installation was cake. Dont know about the welds but I've no problems with mine. Just don't like the tips, they look kinda cheap.

^^
No the tips do not look like the HKS. This matter has been discussed. The xo2 has cheap brownish tips while the HKS has more blue authentic looking titianium finished tips.

I have the X02 and love it... tips are so so but for 1/2 the price of the HKS im not complaining.
Ive already seen 2 HKS systems and both of the owners felt jipped that I paid half what they did, and they litefally could not tell the difference (in sound and looks). The HKS tips are beautiful though, very blue im looking for a set for my XO2 over the winter.

As for sound, ive never heard topspeed.. but the XO2 makes the most beautiful noises, i think the best ive heard on a Z.

Exhaust shop said the build quality of the XO2 was top notch, and it went together like lego's!

Heres a couple of pics of mine.. you wont be dissapointed.

Hope this helps!/

Also, it takes a couple of weeks for it to break in.

When i first got it i thought the sound was a little raspy, then the exhaust note deepened and the rasp was COMPLETELY gone (no rasp_), and it still grrowls like the signature Z stock exhaust note.

I noticed that too. When I first put mine on, it was nice but had the slightest rasp. Drove it for two weeks straight then garaged until the other day. Took it out and noticed the sound changed. Even deeper than it was before. I personally love the way it sounds. Cant wait to hear it with the helix TP's.
