03's don't usually get O2 codes because of test pipes. I wouldn't worry about it. My O3 G35 with built motor and TT never got them. I never got them when I was NA with test pipes either. Search and you can probably find that out.

I've got an 03 w/ test pipes and I never got a CEL from not using eliminators. I'd install the test pipes, reset your ECU, and drive around a bit to see if you throw a light. I'm pretty sure you won't.
guys, tomorow i'll install my APS test pipes, today i was checking the OEM cat's, and its really difficult to replace them ... what do u think ? did some one have a link to install them easily ???

I won't lie, it's pretty damn annoying. The worst part for me was getting to the nuts that hold the cats to the headers. I had to use a 4 foot extender connected to two universal joints to get to it. It's 10 times easier with pneumatic tools, which I used. Another annoying part was my y-pipe seemed to be wider than the test pipes. I had to man handle the y-pipe to align with the bolt holes in the new pipes. Try to get someone to help you with this project as I cannot imagine doing it myself. I'm sure we've got a DIY on the forums somewhere. Check https://my350z.com/forum/engine-drivetrain-and-forced-induction-diy/300513-diy-header-hi-flow-cat-installation.html for a header/test pipe install. You could just use that and just bypass the header part.
Oh, one other tool you'll need is an 02 sensor wrench. You can get this from any auto parts store.

You don't have to take the gearbox out to get to the pipes. It's very easy to get to from the bottom, but the top bolts are the problem. Make sure you have the car up on jack stands so you have enough room to get under the car. I'd put auxiliary jack stands as a fail-safe.
