Default Borla Question!

Has anyone in here replaced the Borla muffler with Canister mufflers? I've searched but could not find anything on this.

it would probably sound like most other exhausts with cannisters -minus some rasp. Only difference would be Borla has nice resonators compared to other exhausts, cutting down on some unwanted noise.

No point in spending a thousand dollars on an exhuast and only using the pipeing it came with. You could buy stainless steel piping and piece it together if you wanted to do that. probably save yourself several hundred dollars. It's kinda like buying a ps3 and only playing ps2 games out of it.... pointless

I have been contemplating doing this for months. The way that the Borla exhaust is designed, you could unbolt the muffler and bolt up the cannisters with a pipe/flange you get made. 100% reversable. The only thing that I do not know is where to get cannister mufflers taht are decent quality.
