Talking My Cosworth Plenum

Cosworth came in! Wife took pics for me. Researching where & how much to get it polished. Will be installed in March.

No idea for N/A but F/I have seen some nice mid-range and top-end gains.

How about you get your wifey to check those end caps for defects, I had to get mine replaced. Yeah and that metal peace on the end cracks right off when you bolt something to it! So be careful.

Thanks for the heads up! You think with all the R&D that went into this there wouldn't be any problems.

Thanks! Rookie posted a pic of his polished Cosworth in the F/I Engine Bay Thread. I'm iffy about it but know I'll regret not doing it down the road. I think I might have a local shop that can do it. That will save me on shipping. THANKS!!!

I'd make sure those caps seal right and hold boost personally first before polishing as a precaution just in case it needs servicing, but chances are its fine.
I decided to not get mine polished, at least not yet. Sorry for the newb question, but besides bling factor are there any other benefits to polishing the plenum?

Thanks! And yes... for bling. Why else polish anything? I know Swain Tech offers coating to help cooling.
