Default Best Tanabe exhaust system?

So after much deliberation I believe I have chosen Tanabe for my exhaust (unless someone knows of something better) just to find out they have a couple systems so i need some help which one is the best for my 2003 stock Z

Medalion Touring
Medalion Concept G
Medalion Concept G Blue
Ultra Medalion
Super Medalion Hyper

Get the TurboXS in the vendor classified section. It costs less than any of those Tanabe exhausts, comes in a full 3 inch, and includes a Y Pipe. The Super Medallion Hyper certainly is pretty looking though, IMO, but 600+ dollars for some pipe and a muffler...

TK

EDIT: But if you must go with Tanabe, my vote would be the Super Medallion Hyper.

Hyper medallion sounds pretty cool. It has that "hollow" sound.

The other Tanabe exhausts look cheap.

what is "best" for me might not be "best" for you.

It depends I think on exactly what you want......

Do you want single exit, dual exit with stock muffler location, or dual exit with canisters? The answer to this question will narrow down your choices. Then do you want stainless or titanium? Then do you want relatively quiet, loud, or louder?

All of the models offer different features. I have the Super Medalion Hyper (95dB). I love it. It is a great sounding exhaust, great fit and finish. The Medalion touring (93dB) is also a nice option because it's a bit quieter than the Hyper and has dual walled beveled tips. Both of these options are with the muffler in the stock location.

Concept G is 93dB and has 2 canisters. The Concept G Blue is for turbo ONLY applications.

The Medalion Ultra (95dB) I 'think' is just like the Medalion Hyper but in titanium as opposed to stainless.

There is a "best" Tanabe exhaust. I didn't know that.

I like these three exhausts. According to the tanabe website, they have all have the same style canisters and tips.

If you want something a bit quieter, then medalion touring.

For something louder, then the ultra medalion or medalion hyper. The ultra medalion has titanium which is "....used in the main silencer sections, canister, and tip, the Ultra Medalion weighs a mere fraction of OEM exhaust systems."

Surprisingly though, the ultra is the same price as the other two.

Negative.

The Touring and Hyper have exhaust canisters that look like OEM. Furthermore, the Touring has double-walled tips and the Hyper does not. Also, the Ultra medallion is a single exit with a titanium tip.

^Okay thanks for the clarification

I got confused as some vendors use a generic picture of a tanabe exhaust regardless of the style.
