Default Review Injen Dual Track Ti Exhaust

thought i would put in my 2 cents and give you my review of the Injen Dual Track Ti exhaust. For those people (like me) that were/are looking for an exhaust and have this one in mind and are trying to find as much info on it...all i can say is...

Sound: Very deep and exotic! Before I bought it, I was kind of worried how it would sound (deep or not) but I can ensure you it is deep and beastly. Also, many people complained about the drone, but for me, its not even loud at all (maybe if i had test pipes) Check out the youtube videos like I did...the exhaust sounds just as great in person as it does on there

Performance: Definitely some gain for a NA mod. Pulls more at the mid/higher rpms.

Look: Intimidating. Two big canisters

Overall, for about 900$ brand new and way cheaper from users, I feel that it is a great investment for a true dual exhaust. Pm me if you got any questions.

Couldn't agree more with the OP.

Here's a link to a couple of my videos:

http://myspacetv.com/index.cfm?fusea...deoid=11419497
http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...deoID=19630457

Something to keep in mind; if the low RPM drone, cabin noise or the cop-magnet-tone get to you, as it did to me, others have recommended welding a Magnaflow X-Pipe Muffler in place of the Injen resonated canisters. It quiets it down a tad bit, enhances that exotic tone to a slightly deeper note and also replenishes some of that low end torque.

Nice review and ch33rs!

Im on the edge of buying the track exhaust. but a Q. Is it easy to install? Am I gana have to weld any hangers of any sort? or do they use the stock rubber mountings like the stock 2007 uses on the muffler?

It's pretty much just a basic bolt on. Very easy to install. I believe it should come with an extra hanger.

And as for pricing, Jim@Showstoppers offers the Track Ti for $899 shipped.

Can you confirm what size piping comes with the Ti and non-Ti? And is the difference between the two just the titanium tips?

I forget ths diameter, I want to say 70mm. The only difference between the track exhaust is the Titanium tips.

Jim, I think you had a typo here. The Injen SES1986TT (Ti/Track) has individual 60mm pipes, while the SES1986C (full stainless) has individual 58mm pipes.
