You may not have local, but federal emissions laws are still out there. FYI

 

Yes im not saying I don't have to worry about the law, thats why I made this thread because I am scared of the federal law. I was just stating the fact that I don't have to worry about getting emissions tests.

 

emmission tests are overrated on this car. I would be worried with your set up. Helix v2 test pipes on my nismo was loud as HELL and sounded horrible. Wait until you put on that injen. It will seriously sound crazy.

 

For anyone in California, if you get caught without cats, you get a $1,500 dollar fine and possibly tagged as a gross polluter.

you can get a ticket for having tiny fireballs shoot out the exhaust.

 

I have been pulled over twice for exhaust noise. All I told the cop was, "It's a standard exhaust that came stock from the Dealer". They believe it everytime

 

I dont think that will really happen though..
