hey wat kind of cat-back exhasut systems sound nice on a Z, right now im leaning to the tanabe g-concept...thanx

On the side note, I've never heard a sound clip of that exhaust. Also when it comes to exhausts, it will also depend on how much money you're willing to shell out. Most if not all exhausts will yield the same amount of power or if anything, very close to being the same. And remember, whatever exhaust you get now, no matter what there will always be something better that you'll eventually want. Then again, that's just life in general as well. G/L on that search around this forum, and youtube is also your friend.

 

i like my aps race exhaust .. nice solid tone, maybe a bit too loud for some, but it's livable

 

What are you going for. quite similar to stock or loud and ear deafening? I like my apexi its not too loud but louder than stock. Tanabe is somewhat the same from what i heard on youtube i was gonna get the hyper medallion but i got an amazing offer i couldnt pass up

 

I personally love my exhaust, i think it is the best sounding exhaust for the Z. Its the Invidia N1. Go to youtube and look it up, it sounds kind of supraish with a little bit of Z tone, lol. I guess thats how you would say it sounds, lol.

 

The exhaust that sounds the nicest is the one "you" like.

I think everytime one of these threads show up everyone should just post up what their favorite exhausts are. I mean, everyone has different tastes, so doing that should make the OP really ******* confused... LMAO.

Mine is the Invidia N1, and i personally think it sounds the best. everyone has different tastes. Your best bet would be to go pick out about 5 of your favorite looking(or favorite) exhausts, go to youtube and search the exhaust name and 350z. Thats what I did and thats how i came across the Invidia N1. If your going for a supralike sound, check it out. It all depends on what your looking for. Everyone has their own personal vision of waht they want their car to sound like. Its all up to you, dont let anyone ever tell you what to put on your car. Thats why it is "your car!"
