I just slapped on a Tanabe Super hyper spec medallion without the Y pipe and i love the way the car sounds.. Not as high pitched as a Nismo or some others out there wich IMO are way too loud..

Next i'll grab the Tanabe y pipe and get some Berk HFC's

http://www.intensepower.com/tacogex35fco.html ..... the Concept G is not Medalion. Obviously i recommend the Hyper Medalion but i am biased, i personally hate exhaust canisters so Concept G was ruled out quick, then i know there is another Medalion that has double/rolled tips but i opted against it cuz i wanted something to look diff. than stock other than size, so i got the Hyper because its single walled tips (look that i like). I know i have vids on youtube showing my exhaust and there are other members with the other version as well. I can link them to you later when i get home if you want.

Can't go wrong with Hyper...great exhaust note and IMO much better look/sound than Nismo by far

I have the Tanabe y-pipe and the Super Medalion Hyper cat-back. Love the sound. Just the right balance of quiet and loud.......at least for me.
