Anybody has this, Im not a fan of Ebay crap whats so ever but came across this and had to ask.

not worth it, remember a dollar saved could mean another 10 spent in repairs... just my .02

I agree with everyone, I would never consider to buy anything off ebay of this kind of stuff. Just wondering if anyone has.

I don't know man I'm going to play the devil advocate on this. I bought some parts of of ebay before that were knock off and put them on my z and had no problems with them. I will say if something is a knock off and the price is to good to be true it probably isn't worth nothing. You just have to use your better judgment in the end. I would buy some things knock off that i know are just as good as the real deal (i.e. pipes, headers, etc) than buying a knock off ecu. Like i said use your better judgment. Look at the welds in the pictures etc. I know that not everyone has ARC or Bride or whatever JDM part prices out there. Once again just use your better judgment.
