Anyone know a safe way to get ride/clean the inside of header tubes befor installing..there SS DC headers less then 10k, they look identical to Chef-J's ^^^

why would bother cleaning the inside of headers that are going to get filthy from exhaust fumes from normal use?

Jay - if the headers are welded on the outside, and have no apparant cracks, I would not worry about it at all.

if really worried, you can always have that inner lip welded and filed down till its smooth, but assuming you didn't pay alot for them I wouldn't bother

Yep. After i got the jet hot coated, i could suspect much easier. But no crack outside or inside, just a normal wear. These headers on my car for while, no problem at all.
