Default Stillen Intake whistle?

I just installed the Stillen High Flow Intake into my car and was wondering is it suppose to make a slight whistling sound under acceleration?

Thanks in advance.

I got the pop charger on my car, and I found something interesting.

I get a pretty noticeable whistle noise at "light" trottle, but at "half" trottle, the whistle noise get less and sometime gone, and at "FULL" trottle, that whistle noise is all gone, all I get is a roar...

I am just wondering why is it? I was expecting that whistle noise at all time, but really was expecting it at full trottle as thats when it intake suck in the most air.

Any insight to that?

Did you install this on a Z? If so, post some pics if you can. Thanks.
