It's the upstream sensor, passenger's side. Most likely the harness for it was damaged during the HFC install, or the sensor itself could've gotten coated in excess RTV (assuming you used any).

Who installed the HFCs?

my shop installed it....(im a NOOb)
so what am i gonna do next?i already called my shop to take the car back in.
if the harness was damaged..where can i get one?is it safe to drive my car still?

If the harness for that sensor was damaged, they could either try to repair it or they'd have to replace the O2 sensor. I would check the harness connector up by the number 5 coilpack, unplug it and plug it back in, check for corrosion.

It's safe to drive, at the worst your MPG will suffer a bit.

do you know how much the 02 sensor or the harness cost?

O2 sensors are pretty pricey. If I recall, OEM sensors are like a little over $150 just for one.

But I heard Bosch has them for cheaper and the quality should be good too.

do i have to get both of them?.....as far as i know its on the passenger side that has a prob..which is the right side............right?lol

wow bai... i dint know it gave u that much trouble... i was there helping during the whole install in mine except during the JIC y-pipe installation... had to eat lunch with my gf... no cel thank God... car is alot more reactive.., but then again it could jes be in my head...lol...too bad no before and after dyno... still waiting forever for the last piece--> the EXHAUST (muffler).. then i'll chill for awhile again...
