Default My Z feel slower after Skunk2 spacer install

hey guys, for some reason my car feels a lil slower after i installed the skunk2 spacer. Has anyone had this same problem or is it all in my head? Thanks everyone!

most likely in your head but check for vaccum leaks.

Re-torque every bolt that you touched, then reset the ECU.

I dont believe there is any leaks....because the idle would be off. It runs just fine... Or doesnt the motor care..?

it matters get a can of carb cleaner and spray all the way around the plenum if the idle increases at all you have a leak

yeah...thats what i was thinking with the carb cleaner. Has anyone else had that same problem with stunk2 with loss of performance. Im thinking it maybe just 2 big of spacer.

^ Yeah. Too big of a spacer. Law of diminishing returns at play.

Yeah, there was loss of power with that spacer.

Try selling it and seeing if you can find a powerlabs or a motordyne spacer in the market place?

You can either unplug the terminal on the batter overnight, or do the pedal method.

There's actually quite alot of dyno charts to back up the gains for the powerlabs spacer and the motordyne. I'd recommend not going over 5/16th
