Default Engine start after Pop-Charger install

After i installed my pop charger when i start my car it revs to about 3000 rpm then little by little starts to go down to a normal idle at about 750-800 , takes like 15-20 seconds for it to do so... anyway to fix this or is this normal.

Never happened to me and mine has been on for several years . Did you put too much oil on it , perhaps ? You should only put a slight amount of oil on it or it will throw off your electronic sensor .

strange, I didn't have this issue on install either. it started up as normal and that was that..

you shouldn't have to reset the ECU, this is a pretty minor change.

Reset the ECU and see if it helps. It should.
Did you disconnect the battery when you were intalling the Pop Charger?
