Personally, Id prefer the borla true-dual but thats just me. The HKS is a respectable coffee can. The exhaust is definately on the track of a supra TT. No one can call you rice once you go turbo.

You did a great job with the clip Wicked. Its one of the best Ive seen in a while.

Wicked, is that intercooler really on your car or did you just photochop it (hopefully)?

I know I already PMed you about this but I understand thats a Trust front lip, but is that the OEM side skirt? And it looks like the OEM rear, but correct me if Im wrong.

 

HKS=not coffee can. HKS actually puts time into the development of their products. Your reasoning would lead us to believe that any muffler is a coffee can that doesn't come pre-attached to a pipe. If anyone is calling him rice right now, they have some SERIOUS issues to work out with themselves, probably mainly jealousy. I know I have some, but rice it is not. That is some fine work he has done, I love every bit of it. The ONLY thing I would change would be to get black lugs instead of red, but hey, when thats the only thing I can say I differ with about a car, then it kicks a$$. Good job wicked, let us know about the turbo project.

PS- wheres that rear-center picture? I wanna see what everyone else wil.

where did you get the wheels from and how much were they. Just got my nismo exhaust today im installing it this week end it looks awsome I just hope i like the sound. Also your car look and sounds friggin awsome. What suspesion do you have and how good does it ride. Also where did you pick up or greddy fron lip.

I've always admired your car. I think it's absolutely beautiful! I like the sound of your exhaust. Wicked, don't trip about the negative feedback. F*** what everybody else thinks. If you want to rice out your car, or leave it stock, or have the "exotic" look or sound that's your business. You don't have to explain s*** to nobody!!!
I'm just grateful that you decided to share information, pictures and a video to the members of the board.

It sounds really good But I do have to agree w/ Trust and the others, I think you could of gone dual w/ the Tanabe and got the same sound and still have been able to run F/I. But hindsight is always 20/20. Good luck with the rest of the mods. BTW J/W but if you wanted the sound of a TT Supra why did'nt you just get one? With the price that I've seen them going for you could of easily have bought the Supra for less or equal to what you got the Z for and still had cash left over for mods. Again 20/20.

now for "3 FIVE O Z" comment:

First off, I have heard the Tanabe in person and its sounds nothing like this... It does sound good but not as deep. Who said I wanted a supra? I love Supra's don't get me wrong, but c-mon now the Z has more potential IMO. And not only that, it looks better too! The supra has a nice aggressive sound, and so does a WRX with HKS Exhaust system. I did consider the Supra and I will always love that car. Just because I like the Tone of a specific car doesn't mean it worth while getting?? The Z handles better than a Supra, the Z is more luxurious than the Supra... And so on, I don't drive my car because it sounds good... That's just a plus now!

wicked, IMO the supra has more drag potential but the 350z has more potential on the "real track".

We need better pics of the Trust front lip....had to show my wife how awesome it looked in your video...but kinda hard to see.

I like how black hides the mold a little better then any other color..doesn't stick out as much.

 

Speed... Take your caps lock off. I personally love the single muffler design, and I think it should keep. I am very interested in this design. Whats the pricing on this settup-as well as horsepower? Hows the high quality video coming along?

btw, I really like the sound of yours. A little higher pitched than mine, but the 2nd best sounding, imho (mine being the best sound I have heard, even though I am disappointed with the performance and changing it for something else eventually, maybe yours.)

 

Sorry for the delay more rear pics... Price is $600.00 for the exhaust includes everything for easy bolt on. All systems will be pre-tested for perfect fit allow 2 weeks for delivery. Dual setups are also available for $900.00.

The nice thing about this is that you can choose any setup "you" want. IF you want 2.25" piping than we will do it that way, keep in mind though that we only tested the 3" single exhaust which made a little over 9whp. I did a photoshop of dual HKS to show you guys what it will look like.
