Car trouble after MREV2 + spacer install
In no way am I faulting Motordyne or saying that it is their product etc. Just here for some help.
After installing the Copper Throttle-Body Warmer, MREV2, and 5/16" spacer on m VQ35DE (non-revup) motor, it had some trouble starting. After about the 15th turn over I got it to run. Idle seems cool - sits between 700 and 800 (normal for my car). I let the car warm up for about 15 minutes (temp gauge was in the middle at this time)... I tried to rev the motor a little bit, but it won't come past 1500rpms. I don't really hear any leaks or strange noises from the motor, and I'm 99% sure I have reconnected all the hoses (I took the entire upper plenum off, so I had to disconnect the 3 attached in the Throttle-Body area, 1 on the left hand side of the motor, and 1 on the front of the motor) - I reconnected all of these. Am I missing one?
After the car first started and ran for a little bit, there was definitely an overwhelming smell of gas, but figured I had just flooded it a bit. Right now it won't even engage in 1st or Reverse, as I don't think it has enough power (the car will just die even if I drop try popping the clutch at 1500rpm).
At this point I really don't want to spend another 2 or so hours reinstalling OEM parts. I did leave the OEM gasket in the lower collector - and really this is the only thing I can thing of that may have been folded / out of alignment (though I really feel like the gasket and spacer are lined up exact.. no issues when bolting things back together).
I'm really at a loss. Any input is appreciated so long as it's constructive.

Alright, I could have edited my original post - and I feel like a complete retard (with good reason), but I'll be honest. You can crown me king douche, or tell me I don't deserve to drive my Z
MAF connection > me.
I double checked it, and of course it was unplugged. I am the FAIL - but I am REALLY happy with Motordyne's products. The difference is really incredible. I was super skeptical of the gains I was going to have (regardless of the countless posts I've read with happy customers). This was the first time I've really ever done anything [semi] major to my car (aside from changing my oil, putting on a cold air intake on my friend's car, etc) on my own.
The worst part of the install was definitely trying to get the ultra-tight strut bar bolts out, as well as wrestling the two hoses to fit onto the copper throttle-body warmer's large fitments.
Anyway, I was a little panicked - but at least I figured it out, and I am definitely loving the results of the MREV2, 5/16" spacer, and copper iso thermal upgrades. Go ahead and have your fun you evil, evil people.

The MAF not being plugged back in is not all that uncommon. It happens a lot more than is posted here.
I also get phone in tech questions on the subject. Either the MAF or the throttle-body is unplugged when the car is started and it throws a CEL.
Even after about 100+ installs myself, I still do it once in a while.
Just plug it back in, reset the ECU and you are good to go.
