DIY Request: Test Pipe Install
Hey guys, I know I'm not supposed to post DIY Requests in the DIY section, so Im asking here.
I know that this install is pretty straight forward, but I want to make sure I don't eff stuff up. So could anyone give me some pointers? I have the bolt penetrator on the bolts right now, soaking. And I already pull off the two nuts that bolt the cats to the y pipes.
I am having trouble getting to o2 sensors out, and I was just wondering what the best way is to do it? I have heard that you have to be very careful with them when pulling them out. Please let me know if you have some tips. Also I should not spray penetrator on them right?
Also, there is a third bolt and nut that I have to get to on the header to cat pipe connection. Is there a trick to getting to it? Or just squeeze myself around it?
Thanks! Im going to float around the site for a few minutes until I see some replies, and search for other threads as well. Thanks guys!

I've done my testpipes like 780561316540650 times. here are some tips.
1: Get a super long extension and you will be able to reach the bolts that go from the headers to the cats through the engine bay on the passenger side. On the drivers side you should be able to get 2 of them and the one on the very bottom you will need to get under the car.
2: Buy new gaskets.
3: Put everything in place with the bolts finger tight. When everything looks good tighten them down.
As for the sensors you can buy a specialty socket to get them out without damaging the wires. They are about $10-$13. Also, use anti-seize on the threads so that they can be removed in the future.

Yea I got all the bolts off expect for the one super beeeyotch one on the driver's side thats highest to the engine bay, and like guarded by every single possible hose and wire around it. Ughhhhhhh what a pain, I thought this would be easier than it's turning out to be. I had to take a short break, but after I get this last bolt, I'll be good to put the new stuff in place. I'm going to try to get to the one bolt from the engine bay, so far I've gotten the rest of them from underneath the car. Woooo....here we go.

^Wish I had had that o2 sensor tool, but my friend and i were able to pound down the heat shield around them on the cats, and fit a 22mm open ended on there and knocked em out. Took forever, but I finally got it done!@#$%!!!!!1111
