Nismo is 2.75 inches, and that's only from the midpipe and back..

Here's out it goes:

Cats > y-pipe > mid-pipe > muffler

2.25in > 2.25in > 2.75in > 2.75in

http://www.motordyneengineering.com/350Z_exhaust.php and you would want their Y pipe to complete the 3 inch system with best results. Then for an extra $100 get the Shockwave tailsection for comp use.

For the price you can't go wrong... Not sure how this would work or sound with an LS2 tho. I've seen and heard Noah's in person and that setup is extremly Loud.

yeah he has straight pipes pretty much. I found a 3" from vibrant..it wont be silent but it will have a nice tone...if I need to further quiet it I can add resonators or inline bullet mufflers

Call Tony and just buy the rear section from him, its that easy, and will be cheaper than ordering the Y pipe back.
