2. im thinking of getting a used jwt for 270, is it worth the price to replace it with my 08 stock?

1. Formulate a detailed question including the full item name.

2. Price search yourself in the marketplace, vendors, etc.

1. Yes you can install in both auto and man.

2. 270 for a used dual pop charger isn't that bad. Its up to you if its worth it. You have to understand its going to give you no additional power and in some cases loss of power over stock. Its basically for looks and sound.

To my knowledge, the only JWT POP charger stalling issues came from people going like, 80mph, then putting the car in neutral.

I have zero clue why anyone would do this? I've driven many, many manual trans cars (over 200k miles worth) over the last 20+ years and have never found a reason to put a car in neutral traveling at that speed. When I'm coasting to a stop light, at like 5 mph, I might throw it in neutral. But at 80mph? Not a chance.

99.99999999999999% of the time, you will not have any stalling issue.

Never heard of that prob on 07's and 08's. Heard of it on the DE cars, never had it happen to me.

Just to ease my mind on the stalling issue I took the car out, got my speed up put it in neutral. No stalling. It never misses a beat. Its more for sound though. I doubt I gained much if any. Sounds amazing though.

yeah the sound makes it feel like you gained power lol. I put mine in neutral at 85 once just for the hell of it to see if it would stall and nothing happened rpms just dropped like normal rev matched back to 6th gear and was good to go.

Im curious about the popcharger also. I have an 03 5mt.

I goto neutral all the time? how can you not?
Speed limit here is 70mph....so, If im cruising in sixth at at like 75mph and have my exit coming up......put the beast in neutral and coast while coming up to the exit and then down shift.

How does that sound odd????? It would seem like that the way most people would drive. Easier on tranny and better gas mileage..

Do any other intake with similiar designs have this problem as well?? I most definately do not want to be stalling out everyday.
