I notice as you hit 3k rpms, the sound seems to quiet down. But to say the least I love the sound of this exhaust. It's really really deep and low. And at WOT it pretty much screams. I love it more than the stock system. Ever go through a tunnel at low rpms? Damn!

Yep, I was sick of waiting for an exhaust, so I decided to go with the SES. I am not dissappointed. Correct, Andrew installed these for me, no rattle and perfect. For labor costs you will have to call the Performance Motorsports phone number in my sig for it, the prices change from time to time. But these don't take too long to install.

Oh my underwings are good, they get dirty after a while, but nothing a nice spray of water wont fix.

I bought them directly from Dan Z. He can get you everything. He has TEIN coilovers, NX, even nitrous fillup. Whatever you need he can get.

cant say i ever go through tunnels at low rpm's! (mabey in trafic?) my wife thinks its funny, well be in the middel of a conversation in my car when i come to a tunnel or overpass, and im like "hold that thought!" then i turn the radio off, downshift, and nail it to the floor! kinda reminds me of an F1 racer!! i cant help it?!?! i just love it! i even did it past a COP once! as soon as i realized id passed him, i slowed down!! luckly he was cool, as he passed me he gave me a THUMBS UP!?!?!?

thats very wierd how a cop acted like that....if you were a kid youd be in the shi**er...actually...i was once at this guys custom shop..he did some work for me...really nice guy...these cops pull up into the front of teh shop..i thought he was getting busted or something...turns out he knows like every cop in the area..and they all talk about hooking up their cars....

one thing i realized is cops are normal people too

but guys..admit it....sometimes you just feel like they were born without the sympathy gene

LOL thats pretty cool. It gets pretty addictive driving in the underpass or tunnels with this exhaust. Damn you got lucky with that cop huh? I guess he was pretty cool with it.

cops here arnt too bad! i ran a 90ish 5.0 mustang one night after work, at like 2am. i was stock, and he had some bolt ons. (nothing big) i pulled on him pretty hard in the upper gears. we both hit about 120 or so? after the race we both pulled into 7-11. we got out to check out eachothers cars. he got out in some black pants and a whit t-shirt. at first it seemed cool untill i noticed his belt, it had a holster! i asked him and he said "yea....im a cop! i gotta take the uniform shirt off or noone will race me!" NO ****!" he was working the late shift, and had just got off too. he said he likes to race on that road late cuz there are no cops on it!!! go figure?!?! he was realy cool! he even agreed to run my Z in his cruiser if we ever end up side by side at a light! he did stress to me that if i was going to race my car, it BETTER be out side the city limits! if i hurt myself thats one thing, but people being stupid in the city, he wouldnt stand for!

Need to find someone who can record some sound clips for me.
Jason,
May be I can get some sound clips next week w/ my digicam again. We can meet at StrictlyZ during the week since I'm out and about during work anyway, doing field check. Let me know.

On the subject, yah, Jason's install inspired me to get the SES as well. My coworkers love the sound and they're original muscle car fans (i.e. the old V-8s). I also showed them the video clips that Javi and webcarconnection made and they liked the Injen combo a lot better.

i think my tips ARE crooked. theres nothing that i could do about it. we tried to straighten them as best we could. i dont mind though, it still looks tough IMO.

i remember reading somewhere that a lot of people were having issues getting the pipes straight.

i cant wait to get the test pipes on as well!
