Default Anybody have aftermarket y-pipe and midpipe with stock muffler?

My buddy just got a megan racing y-pipe for his 04 and it sound pretty good. It change the exhaust tone a little louder than stock. Won't say it sound like the nismo s tune one but pretty good. He will add a midpipe to go along with stock muffler. Was wondering did anybody have this setup and how's the performance gain?

not worth the money unless you do infact change out the factory muffler then its wise do use same size pipe throughout the exhaust system
