I suppose I would have purchased a NEW Stillen Y-pipe for $200, or a used one for the cost of the new Megan. It's not like it's much of a wear item, but that's just me.

Not in the common household garage, at least. . . It's obvious that the standards in China are far worse - if they even exist - then everywhere else. Honestly, I don't think it's going to fit without yanking or squeezing on the braided section. They should send you a new one and pay return postage on the one you bought.

I figured out why it looks so retarded. It is not the flex joints that are causing the problem. It's the piping on the top, one of them is bent at a very different angle. See below.

I just realized that Stillen is selling their y pipe for 196 right now. I thought the price was 300, and now I am so pissed at myself for buying this POS Megan y pipe. I am getting my money back for this garbage and getting the Stillen ASAP

if you're after an inexpensive unit that fits well, the Ichiba is worth looking at. It's not expensive, and there aren't fitment issues

Yeah I was considering that one as well before I went with the Megan. If I can get my money back for this, I am just going to go with the Stillen. After seeing it, it seems like Stillen's design is better. The piping is much more straight than the Megan or Ichiba.

Isnt Stillen the Ypipe with no Flex sections? I dunno how I'd feel about no flex at all in the exhaust.

Stillen is a reputable company so I trust they know what they're doing.

Now you're thinking. The Stillen one was reduced in price. I found out when I price-shopped in preparation for selling my old Stillen Y-pipe.

Damn, that sucks *** big time. Get your refund asap. If they can't even replicate a replica correctly, what makes us think their products will even last? Megan = FAIL........
