Hey guys, yesterday i installed some Random Technology HFC and as i was driving today to work i saw that my SES light came on. Could that be it or could it be because i havent had a tune up and am reaching 75k already??? Hopefully is the HFC because am gonna try to get Osiris next week. Any inputs? And if i get Osiris now and i will be getting gears latter will it affect the tune ?

 

i put on the Berk HFCs and I have been driving with the check engine light for about 10,000 miles now. do you think the osiris tune will fix it? and i know you will need a new tune with new gears. get the standard package - it comes with 3 free recalibrations.

I have berk hfcs as well and my ses light came on 3k miles after the installation. I was driving with the light on for almost 3 or 4 k miles.
Hfcs shouldn't throw the ses light. I finally decided to check for exhaust leak and guess what, I had cracks on the hfcs where the hangers are . I got those fixed and been driving around for abt 2k miles with no light on.
I suggest you guys should give it a try and check it out.

No one guarantees high flow catalytic converter to be CEL free. Give the ECU a couple of days. If you still have the CEL go with a non-fouler.
