Default Bassani on g35 same as 350z?

Hey I'm about to grab the bassani for my g35 and I was wondering if the kit for the 350z and g35 are the same. I'm buying it from a guy with a 350z and I have a G and I wanna make sure it bolts up without modifications.

He said the bassani tech said it would fit... Just verifying. Thanks!

Ok so from more research to convert there is a 6" pipe on each side after the cat. Will I need this?

Yes you will. All exhaust for the G's are longer then the Z's. You will also need to extend the tips of the exhaust also.

Bassani's part number for the 350Z is 350Z5 whereas the G is 350G5 (i think, thats off memory), so that being said, its not the same system. obviously pretty much the same setup, but im guessing after selling quite a lot of bassani systems that the the difference comes between the X pipe and the piece they have that runs to the muffler setup.
