I am very happy to inform you all that I have had the two above mods added to the vehicle yesterday. All I have to say is wow. The sound of the vehicle is 100x better. I don't have access to a dyno jet so I won't even bother to comment on HP numbers and such. But i can say that it feels stronger in the higher rpms. Also I couldn't get above 154 mph stock... but this morning i hit 159 mph, which is the designated speed for fuel cutoff. it felt like she had some room to go still.

oh well.

oh i also installed the nismo license plate cover... i know for a fact that i got 7 whp out of that mod! :P

I have the nismo exhaust and it sounds deeper than stock, but not excessively loud. It has a real sweet sound and the build quality is great, I'm happy with my purchase. I can imagine the sound is only better with the CAI also.

 

it doesnt matter if its a true dual or not, as long as it makes power then ur fine.

 

Who cares if it isnt true dual? Personally I would rather have a y-pipe into a single going to a single muffler, especially for turbo...

 

all i have to say is, with the exhaust, headers, and test pipes...the sound is amazingly sweet....

esp in 3rd gear

That's rad. I downloaded a sound clip of the nismo exhaust on one of our fellow members cars and it was sooo nice. I ordered my Nismo intake from the dealer on monday so hopefully I should be getting it by friday or early next week. I haven't heard that many great things about the cai but I figure that it has got to be as good as most of the others, or close. I'm not looking forward to the install though

 

i think its already been proven with dynos that the borla and stillen make the most power. *cough*

 

the diff in horse power that stillen or borla has over my nismo exaust is barely noticeable. What is 2-3 hp more?

if you happened to read what I stated in the beginning, I didn't say that I had a HUGE increase in power. Nor did i bother comparing it to the other exausts. I don't have dyno numbers and I don't need them. The exaust sounds great! I have noticed extra pickup top end and I haven't lost any torque. All in all I am happy with this purchase. Sorry that you don't agree with me. But as someone stated above:
