Do all Nismo headers have messy welds inside?
I was looking at the set of Nismo headers I just got and I noticed that on each bank where the three pipe's collect. That each one of them (each of the 3 pipes) had a nasty weld bead in the flow path. And several of the ports at the flange were not as smooth as they could be.
I snaked a dremel on a flexible shaft into the collector and cleaned all the pipe welds up and I smoothed out any port that needed it.
Did anyone notice if their Nismo headers had what I'm talking about?

To Greddy 4777,
How much did you have to indent your headers? I am having the same problem. They have been indented; however, when I accelerate on a hard right-hand turn, I still get vibrations.
Can you help me on this one?
Thanks
