if its going to the auto manufacturers, they will undoubtedly require that it increase fuel economy or have a net zero effect for a given output. (whats the correct term? specific efficiency?)

soo, with that deduction, this mod is supposed to increase power by 15% without a drop in fuel economy, and its something that's marketable and
directly able to be reliably implemented with current engine infrastructure?

direct-injection related?
the tornado?
im all out of guesses
