Hi Jason, sorry about the confusion. The ART pipes will be back on the website soon. However these parts are still back ordered because we've rejected the latest production from our "quality control". Our QC (quality control) had found problems with the wielding on this shipment and was forced to return them.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience guys, I know this has been a long wait but I can assure you that you won't be disappointed! But the only way I can keep my promise is to keep my QC team strict, I'm sure you guys can appreciate that when you receive a perfected product.
Please give us a bit more time and the new shipment will arrive soon. We'll update on this again very soon! Please stay tuned with us.
If any of you guys have any questions, please feel free to PM/email me and I'll do my best to assist you.
Thank you guys for the extraordinary patience!

BAM! Another production run complete!
Many shipped out today and the remainder are shipping out tomorrow. The production runs are being expanded and many more are in work now. HR's too.
At this point we can only accept pre-orders. Just email in your contact information and we will add you to the list. We will contact you as they become available!
For those of you who are receiving your ART pipes shortly, feel free to post sound clips, impressions and pics of your install.
Thank you,
Tony

I think the MD dealers are running specials on them.

EDIT: The HR version looks the same as the non HR version. Its just a slightly different flange at the inlet.

I would like to make known my power from far far away land and REQUIRE that any and all who receive the ART pipes must post video of before and after including but not limited to close ups, cabin, dyno & drive by's. If you fail to comply I will send my highly skilled <img src="http://images.icanhascheezburger.com/completestore/2009/1/21/128770316249972041.jpg"/>
and he will eliminate you according to offense's with extreme prejudice.
Please post vids guys. we are really waiting and eager. as well thank you for being the brave test pilots.

Could you give me a ETA by any chance? I'd be able to sleep better!

For fear of your wrath, I submit my lowly video showing some before and after comparisons. FYI - this vid and a little more info, including my own personal "review" and opinions are in the ART Independent Review thread.
Anyway, one more vid fwiw:

You know, I havn't heard a direct comparison of stock cats and stock y pipe VS ART pipes and XYZ pipe.
I'm even surprised to hear that the MD setup is so much like stock sound level. Usually test pipes are off the charts in loudness and rasp but the ART pipes seem to really make a difference here.

I was also surprised.
I autocross with another fellow with a Z in the same year and almost identical setup. The only difference is he has a Nismo exhaust and regular unresonated test pipes. His car is much, MUCH louder and has a very distinctive metallic raspiness to it. The kind of rasp and tinging that overpowers any nice tone that the Nismo exhaust once had.
I noticed that my setup effectively kept the exact same tone and style it had. The only difference was that it was just slightly louder and it does start getting louder quicker....if that makes any sense. i.e. Under normal acceleration conditions, the new setup gets a little more aggressive and slightly louder a littler earlier in the rpms and with less throttle. The power increase and responsiveness, however, were much more noticeable.
I couldn't be happier with these. For those out there who are on the fence between a cheaper standard test pipe versus the ART pipes, just get the ART pipes. Don't think about it. With these, there are no compromises you'll have to make. You get the best tone from your exhaust system, the most power (currently, according to the dyno results), and no questions on quality.

This would be my exact set up if I get the ART pipes and swap out the HR- y-pipe for the xyz pipe.
^ It's a rare set-up. Currently have Berk hfc /Hr-y-pipe/Tanabe exhaust
Im just afraid of losing low end torque from the hr- y-pipe.

I have the ART on my car since 06-21-2010 and was quite happy. Less rasp, less noise. But today it has turned CEL on.
I am very worried. I drove 3000 km with Tomei test pipes + O2 spacer without CEL, and only 600 km with ART pipes and i have CEL on.
Hydracine, what could have happened? Happened to someone else? What is the solution?
I have a 350Z 2004.
