is the only difference between the 350z and g35 hks the length of the ypipe?

yup, im getting an hks exhaust of a g35 put on my Z tomorrow.

there is a removable pipe that is installed for the G and removable for the Z. The guy had it installed on a Z then got a g35 and is now selling to me.
