Filling hole in plastic intake pipe?
Hey guys, I will be moving my nitrous nozzle to a different location on my intake pipe. So, I need to fill the hole where it currently is. The current hole is probably about the size of a nickle.
I was thinking about putting something on the inside (tape perhaps) and then just use epoxy from the outside. You all think that would work? Any better ideas?

I'd try to find a rubber grommet which fits, and seal it into place with superglue. You don't want something, like tape, to get sucked into the intake tract, and epoxy won't likely make a very strong bond with the plastic tubing. Epoxy also won't do well in that hot environment.

I have JB welded all kinds of plastic and things that take more abuse than an intake, trust me it will work. Get the little tubes they are only like $5.
If you go with the JB weld method, carefully sand the hole into a "V" shape. You want the big end of the "V" on the outside of the pipe. The "V" shape will help keep the JB Weld from being sucked into the intake. Place tape on the inside of the hole so the JB weld will be flush on the inside. Remove the tape after the JB Weld sets up.

I doubt your going to have the suction to suck the JB weld out and into the engine....but it is your engine!!
