Default Fujitsubo RM01A exhaust?

Does anyone have this exhaust? Literally nothing comes up on search. I'm looking at maybe getting a single exhaust but everybody says they're mad loud and have drone. Anyone know of a quiet (think stock volume) single? The absence of drone is my main consideration.

Yea I'm probably going to end up getting a used stocker (I have Topspeed now from previous owner) but I wanted to explore the possibilities of singles first. That's all I hear is that they're loud but if I can find a quiet one it would be perfect. Maybe this Fuji with a resonator will do the trick but no one seems to know anything about this exhaust! The most popular ones seem to be JIC and AAM and everyone says they're loud as ****.

EDIT: I was just hanging out at evolutionm.net and reading about some guys who had the RM01A on their Evo's. They're saying it's mad quiet, almost as quiet as stock! Unfortunately they are stating that it is a very restrictive system which will see power loss, which makes sense because how else can it be so quiet? So anyway, if anyone has any recommendations for a quiet single exhaust please let me know. But I think it's hopeless so I'm probably just going to get a used stock system to save cash.

there is no such thing as an RM01A for a 350Z

There is the Legalis R, Legalis R Type S, Legalis Elegant, and Super Ti

Are you sure? Driveline apparently sells it:
https://my350z.com/forum/engine/4641...s-on-sale.html
And so does HR Autoparts:
https://my350z.com/forum/engine/4855...-may-only.html
I don't know anything about either company but someone is wrong here!

Yea I heard the Greddy was one of the quieter singles. Conveniently I just found out that my friend's friend has put one on his Z so I'm going to check it out this week!

Yea nobody has anything bad to say about that one. But if I'm gonna go that route then I'm just going to buy someone's used stock system. The Fuji has a nice sound but the stock appearance and sound is not worth $1k IMO. I'm looking at singles for the performance reason. Unfortunately since they are so straight and unmuffled I don't think I'll be able to find one without drone.

Fujitsubo themselves does not list it on their website, though anything is possible. Tein USA lists it on their site, and they are a distributor for Fuji here in the US but the part # doesn't exist on the Fujitsubo site. Might just want to call Tein. I've looked in our Fujitsubo 2010 "Big Book" (the master catalog we get from them from Japan) and nothing was listed. I can try to ask Monday, but I won't be able to tell you what it sounds like. I've owned, and sold Fujitsubo since well before they ever had a prescence in the US (I have the Super Ti on my Z) and their stuff is without question second to none.

here are all the exhausts they list for the Z:

http://www.fujitsubo.co.jp/prods/car.../02/00080#LN24

here are all the applications they list for the RM01A

Hey Adam from Z1, I called the toll free number at fujitsubousa.com today and the guy I spoke with told me that they DO make the RM01A for the 350Z. They didn't have any in stock but he was sure that they existed. I'm going to call some vendors and see if I can get some pics of it, maybe even some installed pics.

Some vendors in the classified forums also have RM01A listed for the 350z.

I had this for my STI and it was very good. I loved how the catback was one full piece. I wonder if its the same for the Z

I was just thinking, I hope the guy from fujitsubousa.com didn't think I meant the Legalis-R... I was just looking on nengun.com and they don't have the RM01A listed for the Z. I wish I knew Japanese so I could call Fuji directly and get this straightened out. Anyway, right now I'm waiting on vendors (Driveline Motoring and HR Autoparts) to contact me via PM about the RM01A, with Z-specific pictures of it both uninstalled and installed. I'll post back when I get responses.

We just received confirmation from Fujitsubo that they do in fact produce the RM01-A for the Z33 chassis.

Ignore the PM we sent. We fina;ly received confirmation on the RM01-A. From what F.USA has claimed, they have a few units left in stock. We'll try and have them snap a few pics for us.

Hell yea man just let me know. Honestly I've been looking into three single exhausts: the Greddy Ti-C, the RM01-A, and a custom one made from Motordyne (mostly Shockwave v2) components. I think I may just have to go with the RM01-A because I'd be the only one who has one!

While I wait for pics and more info on the RM01-A, can anyone recommend any single exhausts that don't drone? I'm trying to consider all options here.

Neither company has gotten back to me. Driveline is sending picture requests to Fuji Japan and apparently getting nothing. HR said they have an RM01A installed and that they'd send me pics but that was two weeks ago. You'd think if these guys sell this exhaust they'd be able to scrounge at least one picture of it huh?

Both Fujitsubo and ARC have been very quick to respond to my emails in the past. They were really helpful as well...though i think they used altavista to translate haha...
