Default 3" Duals for TT Systems

Hey everyone-

I've been out of the forums for a while. I did search this subforum and vendors, but I can't find my answer.

What are the current 3" dual systems out there for twin turbos?

I ask because AAM is apparently out of business, and vendors list "out of stock" on the APS dual system. I know SVRT had a system a few years ago...but not anymore.

Any other options?

Thanks

Interesting...so....AAM lives. Yeah, I know, this is probably ancient news for all of you. As far as cars go, I have been living under a rock for three years...damn recession

Yes, I know...I can search the subforum for this system...and I will...but...thanks for any replies here as well.

Yeah, its a possibility. However, I don't really want a surprise when it comes to sound. If something droned down the highway, that would drive me nuts. I am not 16 anymore, and having something loud is not an attractive choice to me. If I chose something that is built already, I can search for sound clips and read opinions on it.

Looks like this system is 2.5" all the way through. For TT application, I am thinking I want 3.0" system.

Yes, works fine - you have to request the 3" TDX as its new and just entering production. I'm at 525 whp on a DJ, but that's only at 15 psi on pump (and I have a 5AT which loses 5% compared to an MT in drivetrain losses).

Your primary exhaust restriction will be those small PE turbos themselves. Even a dual 2.5" will work fine for you. Several builds have made it to 550 whp with dual 2.5"...

I have put down over 600whp with a stillen 2.5" dual. So a 3" is not a requirement.

The Motordyne Turbo TDX V2 isn't listed on the website but it is in stock. Same price as the NA TDX V2.

As of today we have 7 in stock but they always move fast. Turbo or NA they are modularly built and interchangeable between the two, so they can be configured either way.

Neither system has drone.

PM or call me if you are interested. (661) 298-7555
