The BLUE and DARK BLUE cross at about 5750
and the RED and DARK RED croass at about 5750!
the new run is just moved up in HP and TQ...
We were all looking at it as if the RED and BLUE were one run and DARK RED and DARK BLUE were a differnet.. when it was RED and RED and BLUE and BLUE.. hehe

because one of the runs (the lower one) was done rite after jeffs on the same dyno as soon as they pulled his car off and put mine on!
so what does this mean for my car? is it making more power up top for some odd reason?

rear tires for the dyno pulls were on stock 18's with Potenza S03's...
I think they might be slightly taller then the stock tires...
but they are 245/45/18's...
could that be it?

gt back to that dyno this week and tell them to recalibrate before you get there...or maybe jsut go over the result wth the owner or the guy who usually supervises the runs....hopefully he can shed some light!
I'll be going to our local dyno shop this week for the high flow cats and Y pipe, once the gaskets I need come in Wed
Last dyno I did on the one we usually use was 268 hp and 263 torque (intake, cat back exhaust (non dual) and crank pulley.....is 280 possible without cams, headers, plenum or ecu work? Stay tuned .
I definately want to do the plenum, just don't want what is currently out there.....

Guys...
The reason the cross point is off is because they have unscaled your chart.
Each side, both hp and ft-lbs has to be indentical.
Each one is scaled independantly.
The different tires sizes?? Dyno's for 4th gear and 5th are yielding NEAR IDENTICAL results. Such a minute difference in tire size, in turn FD ratio won't make any difference.

I think the Individual is correct. If you read the correct scale HP(left)/TQ(right) for the curve you are looking at, the numbers are correct. Your MAX HP, the light blue line, is right about 248 @ 6300, and your MAX TQ, the dark blue line, is around 240 @ 4600.
Adam, let us know about those magnaflow cats.

Jason,
You are still missing the point.
Your original chart is fine, it's just that the torque and HP curves are using DIFFERENT scales (neither is WRONG, they are just DIFFERENT). The HP and Troque curves will only cross @ 5250 when they are plotted on the SAME scale.
On your original chart, the max numbers shown on the header match the curve as long as you look at the correct scale.
When you plotted your dyno the second time with Jeff's, the scales ended up the same, and therefore everything crossed at the correct spot.
There's no need to get anything calibrated (at least not based solely on your original chart).

Just returned from Thanksgiving. Thanks for the info, although I am still not sure which way to go with the cats. I guess RT cats may be better from an emissions standpoint since they have been tested and certified.
