CNT is good stuff.. good quality, good price. I have a catted down pipe from CNT on my 11' wrx and the welds were excellent and the piece itself is just beautiful. can't believe how good it was for the money - I expected much worse. would not spend twice as much on the competition..

why not go into detail? I am assuming because the appearance is similar to that of the HKS system for the 350z. why reinvent the wheel when this is very popular amongst Z owners?

HKS didn't invent the helmholtz resonators. it is not an exclusive or copyrighted thing. you've gone through a ton of exhaust systems, surely you've seen some folks who install custom helmholtz piping into their custom systems.

when it comes to exhaust the reinvent the wheel argument is BS. Why not be different? I hope this exhaust gets bashed as much as the X02

the x02 was a 100% replica made out of poor materials that rust. these are t304, not a direct copy but shares the main design elements. they make good products.
