Default Xpipe to reduce drone on Greddy Evo TT

The Greddy TT kit has an H pipe right in front of the 2 resonators but it doesnt help much.
Now if I get a custom xpipe to connect the 2 pipes that come out from the OEM cat, would that help to reduce the drone ?

and yes, I'd appreciate if you stick to a direct answer for my question instead of:
1.Recommending me to put oem exhaust on.
2.Giving me a lecture about exhaust drone.
3.davidv asks if I have a 350z.

probably going to be told to search. the magnaflow x pipe is a popular option and there's a few threads about it. you may need to weld it into place but any good exhaust shop will be able to do that for you. I think there's been some success in reducing drone with it.

They cant tell me to search because I did, lol
There is no room for the Magnaflow resonated xpipe to be in the front of the Greddy H pipe. It can be modded to fit IF I want to cut out the 2 Greddy resonators and put the Magnaflow there. But I dont prefer that route. I prefer to just add the small xpipe right in front of the H pipe IF it makes any difference in sound.
There are many threads about doing this resonators xpipe but none was for greddy TT. They are all for Injen dual, HKS dual and even 1 for Greddy Evo2, etc.

I guess I'd have to try this out myself to find out then. It would be nice to get a confirmation on this before I decide to drop the ball, lol.

Thanks, Guys!

That's what I was referring to not the muffler type x pipe. You should be able to fit that piece in. I linked the 2.5" but there's different sizes, not sure what the greddy diameter is.

Yup, that's the part I saw on many threads also and I planned to put that up.
But Idk if I should since no one has done this on a greddy TT...
dont want to come out with nothing, you know.
Oh and greddy TT is 2.5
But thanks, bud!

Cut out the H-pipe and replace it with a Magnaflow X-pipe.

I have the unresonated X-pipe on my car, and even that reduced drone.

Putting an X-pipe in front of an H-pipe is counterproductive and absurd.

Total cost of putting in my X was about $130 including the cost of the Magnaflow pipe.

Try actually searching, bing , google for h-pipe in exhaust, and find out what it's purpose for being there is!
I'd say your going by what you read in these forms and your going by what others think or believe with out researching for your self.

Thanks for the inputs, guys!

So I've called Greddy and appearantly they have never had anyone addressed about the droning issue...
They've taken my info and said that they'd get a manager to contact me back.

hmmmmmmm....interesting

have you tried searching on here to see if anyone has done that to the greddy? Obviously you know the hks owners do this mod a lot, and the hks also has a "h pipe", albeit a crappy one haha.
