Default One Last Set Of SGM Longtubes :)

Hey guys, just wanted to put this out there -

We have ONE last set of headers available for sale and this will likely be the last batch we are going to produce. It was fun to produce such an exotic product, but we have to focus more on the race team and customer cars.

If you do want the last set please let me know quickly, as they are going for coating at the end of this week!

A few pictures to wet your appetite:

Thanks guys - all the details are available here:

I understand these are the last set, but from a decibal perspective, could a resonator be added to an exhaust system to comply with track decibals and still maintain power added?

P.s. sorry for the run-on

Absolutely. Our headers are no different sound wise from any other header and test pipe combination, they just make way more power

I just remember seeing one of your youtube video's with the Red Car driving around the shop and it was rediculously loud. I figured the long tubes where the offenders....lol..

I would love a set if this is the case and I can track the car without killing power they make and staying under 90decibals.

Yea that's basically because the red car has no mufflers! We've installed our headers on a car with a Nismo exhaust and the car was extremely quiet!

cause so many Z owners have proven to be window shoppers. they talk about how they would buy this and that only to pull out when money is required. i dont blame sasha for requiring commitment before doing tons of R&D to make a good set of headers for the HR. plus its not like something he was pursing in the first place.

Hate to see these just die... have you thought about selling the design to someone like Motordyne and let them take over supplying them to the community?

It's unfortunate for sure, but the market gets smaller when you are selling a premium product made in Canada, and smaller again when they are for "off road use only." It only makes sense for us to sell the headers in batches of 5, as I am not interested in having headers on the shelf, and making any fewer than 5 at a time is way too expensive. So if 10 HR owners were like hey here's our money I would GLADLY oblige. But I got HUNDREDS of emails for these headers and the sales have not added up to what I expected.

I would be happy to see my headers lived on manufactured by someone else, I have no problem with that!

Anyways, get them while you can

Do that and your ears might bleed that would be disgustingly loud, maybe sexy.

I see you're quoting 28rwhp on a rev-up when compared to stock headers with cats, but less gains on non rev-ups. Do you know what those gains are on non rev-ups?
