Default Louder Borla.. options ive found

I have a borla td and it came on the car when I bought it. I love it but I want it louder.

I have searched and cant find enough on youtube to be satisfied so I'll turn to people that may have taken the route I want to.

I have heard taking the 2 resonators out and replacing with straight sounds amazing. I've heard test pipes will up the noise. Ive heard replacing the h pipe with x pipe is great.

I dont know which combo to do or what would be best sounding.
any imput would be greatly appreciated.

You could drill some holes in the mufflers.

I have a Borla as well and love it . Not sure how long have you had it but i noticed that it took about a month for my Borla for the growl to deepen and sound a bit stronger on mine

X-pipe will just get rid of the hiss. Won't make it any louder.

Resonated test pipes will make it louder and play down the rasp. I wouldn't remove anything from the system since they all contribute to the Borla sound.

I have found a video of a borla that had the resonators replaced and I may take that route because it will be easily reversible and eventually I want test pipes. If I did no resonators and added test pipes I'm assuming it would be redicilous. Do resonated test pipes make it much louder opposed to non res test pipes. I would like to get rid of the cats eventually anyways.

I'm running the borla with a magnaflow x and MD art pipes. There is absolutely no rasp and the interior noise is very quiet, yet the exterior sound is amazing. Just a bit louder than stock when putting around and just perfect without being annoying at wot.

You can get rid of the resonators but I'm sure it will be raspy. I say leave it and buy some non-resonated TPs.

Replaced the resonators with straight stainless and it is amazing! It increased the volume with a little bit of rasp. Well worth 50 bucks!
