We use the XERD headers on our race car and are very happy. We switched from the NISMO short headers. The grea thing is variety!
Just my 2 cents

Not the entire package, but Raceboy posted up a gain of 2-3 mph in the 1320 with just the plenum.

That alone speaks tremendously.

Crawford Plenum = big improvement, car was stock when installed, Pulley = next biggest improvement, installed after all but the HF cats and headers, Headers = OMG!!! I am sure having the rest of the intake and exhaust opened up really helped but man the headers really made one hell of a difference. My call is pulling like mad!!! The TQ gains are very noticable starting around 2K then really kicking in around 2500-2850 RPMs. I am almost afraid to really get on it right now since I have my Blizzak snow tires on and do not want to remove too much the "good" snow tread. Now I need the EVO throttle body and TS ECU flash and my NA mods are about done!!!

I’m a little confused, did you install the cats and headers at the same time?

Yes... he did. He wanted the entire package.

My butt dyno never felt the addition of the cats. Sounds like adding the headers his butt was happy!

No, I wanted to feel what the difference would be with just HF cats, then with HF cats + Headers. When I added the HF cats only with the rest of the mods, I only felt real gains about 4K. When I installed the Headers, I felt the gains starting around 2K and really coming on around 2500-2850 RPMs. The Headers made a huge difference!!!!

Question

Has anyone independently checked the claimed hp/tq gain on the Nismo headers? (ads say 9hp peak/9 lb-ft)

Note the Crawford Package, with Borla exhaust - gained @ redline 39 hp and 29 ft-lbs.

Now im a fan of crawford and their parts and all , but id like to see this dyno where they claim 39 hp at redline ..... from what i remember, Crawford posted their package + borla to have made only 24 hp at redline..... was there anotyher dyno done??? was there a problem withj the first one?

Doug took the car back to Atlanta where he had the original baseline done and got those results.
