Is it still your product, thank you for wasting my time and money.,
You can control how you treat me as a customer, and that failed as well.

But I have a receipt, and you are the manufacturer... and it clearly failed.

Thanks for denying my warranty on a 6 month old part, that failed, as in broke apart.
The lady that answered the phone said cause I bought it from a vendor on ebay, that there was no waranty.

Their issue is that they only cover the part if it's sold through the authorized network, which is pretty standard in the industry. Even then, the warranty is handled through the dealer, and then between the dealer and Ichiba, not between the end user and Ichiba, unless the end user purchased it from Ichiba directly. Their warranty is for 1 year. Lot's of companies have moved towards this now, for a variety of reasons. everything is knocked off, and there are even knockoffs of knockoffs. I've only had 2 warranty issue with Ichiba in the last 4 years, and they were able to handle both easily. The knockoff companies realize something - the brand is what has the value, not the product. So even when a lower priced brand becomes somewhat established, it now has a value, so people move towards replicated everything of that brand - packaging, part #'s etc. Several smaller firms have had this issue over the years - I know GT Spec was one of them, for example.
I'd try to contact the seller and see what they say - it's at least worth a shot to get a set you can sell to recoupe some funds

Sorry to hear about your issue with them, but my prior experience on warranty with Ichiba has been really good. I purchased a set of headers through a vendor and upon installation the fitment was slightly off causing it to hit the steering rod. I called Ichiba up and they sent a new set to me with no questions asked the same day.

I agree it prolly would not have happened w art pipes..i have the tdxv2 exhaust and i love motordyne. However.....no reason to by 600 dollar test pipes when there are a dozen other kinds that can be had for under 300.
