Got a canister half way made today. This time I made the case with 20 gauge material and this thing weighs less than 3lbs!! I am missing the packing and perforated pipe in the center but I think it should come out at around 4lbs when done. Gonna get everything polished and then anodized soon.

Yup, I work at DOC Race in Portland, OR. We deal mostly with turbo components like manifolds, downpipes, intercoolers. ect. We are building this exhaust for our shop car and hopefully have it on the market if all the numbers work out.

So true. Even my JIC Ti exhaust (which I bought new for $1700) only lasted 18 months before completely disintegrating!!!!!!!

You should start producing some ti parts, like a clamp on muffler. I bet they would sell pretty well for the right price.
Or better yet helmholtz resonated y pipe back ti exhausts. Just one pipe with muffler and helmholtz resonator (perpendicular tube at tuned length welded on).
