lowrider speaks the truth........the only difference in the oils mentioned is that if you use K&N, your pop charger will be red.........if you use JWT, your pop charger will return to the original blue color

 

I had the dreaded...Z Tube Envy...until I bought one and installed it last week. Now I'm all happy except I need to get the Pop charger and spray it with the special lube until it turns blue. But not too much. I did notice less fall-off of power at the high RPMs, but only just enough to notice. The Pop charger will probably help even more.

 

the Z tube is made out of heat resistant plastic (yes what comes on the z stock)... it is much cheeper $75 from http://www.performancenissanparts.com

z tube has been independantly dyno proven by multiple G35 drivers to gain 5-6.5RWHP when the ONLY MOD.

 

My popcharger's on back order from Performance Nissan..I really can't wait ya know..

 

They will be in stock Monday Morning as soon as JWT opens...

I think so! The sound at WOT is worth the price of admission. But yes, I think I feel something, but not so much as when I put on the "Z" tube. The biggest difference came from the Crawford. I think this complements those two and my exhaust system. BTW, Avalon has them for $100.00 including shipping.

Can any one explain the possible downside of installing the pop charger?

From what has been said so far, it seems like a great mod, Im just thinking there has to be some sort of downside. Anyone?

 

Z4U...i ordered mine on X-mas...and i called them friday. they told me JWT is closed until tomorrow (the 5th) and they should get their orderd in tomorrow. I was told to call them back tomorrow night to see whats going on.
