So it turns out I had cracks in my y-pipe that made all that ruckus. So it wasn't entirely the TPs. I ordered a DC Sports dual exhaust and should have it installed this week. I'll post videos and pics as well as a review when its on.

I hear mixed reviews. Many say it doesnt many say it does. I think the single exit one does. I have the dual which is still one large muffler on the back. It has an x-pipe in it too so it cant be that bad. Worst case scenario i'm going to get two resonators welded in. At 550 shipped for a quality built dual 2.5" exhaust, i couldn't pass it up. I definitely didn't want to fork over 400 for an ebay replica. I contemplated it a lot, but i'd rather save my money instead of having cracked welds like my ebay y-pipe. Never again ebay parts

I think you will get rasp with test pipes and a little less with resonated test pipes. I have the DC dual exhaust and no rasp, I put on resonated test pipes
and now I have some rasp but not to bad. Oh and about that brace take it off
with test pipes as it will crack them on impact. Try to have some flex joins
in the system for flexibility.

Gotcha. I prefer drone over rasp any day! If its unbearable i'll have some resonators welded in within the week. Either way this top notch exhaust with resonators is far cheaper than any other comparable dual 2.5" exhaust I've seen.

Be sure to weigh the gains vs. things you don't want. It's a give and take with test pipes...imo the gains are worth it, and the sound never bothered me when I ran them on the stock exhaust. I'm sure if I minded I would have stuck with cats/high flow cats
I just installed a Momentum Performance dual with an AAM comp y-pipe. It's not for the faint of heart...it is LOUD. To the point where it hurts if your'e standing behind it. Now, that's what I wanted. I like a powerful, grumbling exhaust. Just some thoughts.
You may end up wanting to put your cats back on and just run a cat back

I dont think I'm getting either just sounds louder than before.
I like the sound, I have got used to it. I have resonated test
pipes, their is a section that is thicker not one size the whole
way? How could you possibly know what I hear?
