Default 120mm "Burnt" Titanium replacement exhaust tips

Anybody know where to get some replacement tips for the HKS true dual? 120mm or 4.5 inch... My tips are really fading and dont look so pretty anymore.

4.5 inches is ~115mm, not 120

Maybe I should be more specific. The inlet is 115mm, this is just a "cover" over the tip.
