Default Exhaust issue

OK guys, I have a problem.

I bottomed my z out a few days ago pulling into a gas station. (I know, Yes I am a idiot). But it happened...

SO here is the issue. The left Down pipe (I think) is dented up pretty good. Its the part that comes down from the headers and flattens out underneath the car. As I can tell, the system is not disconnected anywhere and there is no leaks (eventhough there might be). I dont have a great place to jack the car up at my apartment. The car makes a wierd whistle sound on acceleration in first gear from a stop, and anytime I Shift it makes a high pitch whine when I let out of the throttle.

Question 1: Is this the downpipe?
Question 2: Any Idea whats causing the wierd sound?
Question 3: How hard do you think that would be to change out?
Question 4: What do you reccomend I buy?
Question 5: Is there anyone in the Orlando area that could possibly help me do the work!?

thanks in advance and looking forward to hearing responses.

The first thing I'd do is get the car up on a lift to see what the hell is going on.
Jacking up your car in your apt. parking lot(even if you could)is not gonna give you
enough clearance to check anything out. That whistling sound more than likely is coming from a connection in your exhaust system.Or,could be a small crack.
Depending on where that leak is,it may be possible to fix it for the time being with
with some exhaust sealer.
Get that car up on a ramp.I'd think a nearby muffler shop could check it out.

No this is a Testpipe / HFC rasp and hiss issue.
Question 2: Any Idea whats causing the wierd sound?
This is natural for the VQ platforms
Question 3: How hard do you think that would be to change out?
Check exactly where the leak is coming from before you commit to buying a replacement unit
Question 4: What do you reccomend I buy?
There are alot of brands that produce this part
Question 5: Is there anyone in the Orlando area that could possibly help me do the work!?
Trying picking a vendor that is active on this forum.

thanks in advance and looking forward to hearing responses.
I hope it clears up some questions.

thats Guys, I think those are the cat's... I have a friend in NY that has his old OEM ones he is willing to give me... I am going to try and get it to a muffler shop asap. Im sure if those are the problem I can get the parts and they would install them fairly cheap
